Additional Services and Rates Available Upon Request. Rates for services vary based on locations, dates, and specific requests; hence, these are only base rates.

The separate airline, hotel, and per diem fees will apply. Complimentary Conference Rooms with ordered transcripts.

Additional page rates apply to California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.

To avoid cancellation charges: Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by National Court Reporters, Inc. at least 24-hours (1 Business Day) in advance of the local starting time of the job. All cancellations made under 24-hours (1 Business Day) of the local starting time of the event are subject to 100% of all fees. All services scheduled under 24-hours (1 Business Day) of the local starting time of the event are subject to incur 100% of all requested costs. All video-conferences must be canceled 72-hours (3 Business Days) in advance of the scheduled local start time of the event to avoid billing at 100% of all fees. Transcripts incur a Non-Write-Up fee, applied to each invoice, when not ordered at the time of the event.

All Invoices over 30 Days are subject to collection fees including but not limited to: A monthly Administrative Fee of $50.00 and maximum interest rate allowable by law.

Travel days/mileage, all expenses (including per-diem), and professional rates. All travel expenses including, but not limited to; air, trains, buses, cabs and car rentals, fuel surcharge, shipping handling, administrative, processing, and scheduling fees.

Accommodations may include but are not limited to; hotels and conference rooms, per-diem for all meals, transportation, tips, et. al.

All rates are base rates only and are subject to change per job location, availability of staff, conditions within the selected country, and timeliness of client notice and confirmation.

A Non-Write-Up Fee credit is applied to later invoices when transcripts are ordered and produced to ordering attorneys.

Should the need arise for litigation between National Court Reporters, Inc./International Court Reporters and another party related to services provided, contracted for, non-payment, fraud, et. al., all legal proceedings will take place and be managed through the courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
